Any user can view the schedules. If you wish to add, modify or delete
an entry then you must login and you must have the appropriate rights.
Rights for adding, modifying or deleting entries are assigned according
to the room ownership. Room ownnership can be UH, the College of Technology,
one of the three COT departments (ET, HDCS, ILT) or other entities.
The current approach is to have office administrators have ownership of the
rooms for their department and the academic services area have ownership
of the College of Technology rooms. Unless over-ridden by a scheduling
system administrator, only these office administrators will have permission to
add, delete or modify schedules for their rooms.
